Application for Enrollment

Applications for the 2026–2027 school year will be accepted on as as-needed basis. In order to apply for enrollment at Upstate Montessori Academy, you must have already received a tour of our facility.

• Need to schedule a tour? Please complete our Inquiry Form. If we have availability, we will reach out and schedule a tour.

If your child is accepted, a full application packet will be emailed to you, including DSS paperwork. In addition, a one-time yearly materials fee and a request for the first month’s tuition fee will be required to ensure your child’s placement.

Steps for 2026–2027 Enrollment at UMA

1. Schedule a tour by completing our inquiry form. Please do not call for tours; we only accept them through our inquiry form.

2. After your tour, students who are accepted will be sent an enrollment application form via Transparent Classroom.

Upstate Montessori Academy keeps all student records and parent information confidential.
